Reaching the desk

Write to [email protected]. There is no form, no chat widget and no phone line, and the address is not routed through a support platform. Messages are read by the people who write the pages.

What gets a reply

• Corrections. A specific claim, the page it appears on, and why it is wrong. A link to protocol or program documentation makes it actionable immediately.
• Technical objections. Disagreements about mechanism are welcome, particularly from people operating these systems at scale. If you can show that a page describes behaviour that no longer holds, that is the most valuable message we receive.
• Gaps. Questions our pages raise and fail to answer. These shape what gets written next more than anything else.
• Reference suggestions. Primary sources, documentation and public tooling we should be citing.

What does not get a reply

• Requests to be listed, reviewed, ranked or featured. We do not publish vendor rankings and no arrangement changes that.
• Offers of paid placement, sponsored articles, link insertions or affiliate partnerships.
• Requests for trading signals, strategy advice, or an opinion on a specific token. This desk does not do any of those things.
• Requests for help recovering funds. We are not able to assist, and anyone who offers to for a fee should be treated as a second attack.
• Bulk outreach and syndicated pitches.

If you have just been compromised

Do not wait for a reply from anyone before acting. Stop the bot process, move remaining balances to a wallet whose key has never existed on the affected machine, revoke delegates on token accounts you still control, and rotate every key that machine has ever held. The ordered runbook is in keys, wallets and bot permissions. Investigation comes after containment, never before it.

Response expectations

This is a small desk. Corrections are handled as quickly as we can verify them, and other messages may go unanswered. Silence is not a judgement about your message; it usually means we could not verify a claim or had nothing useful to add. We would rather not reply than reply with something we cannot stand behind.
